How it works
iWash Hub picks up your laundry, cleans it with expert care and your preferences in mind, and delivers it back neatly folded and packed to your doorstep.
We inspect your clothes and check your pockets
We do “pocket inspections” for you so nothing ends up in the wash that shouldn't. All pockets and clothes are inspected before being washed.
We clean your items with extra care
Your lights and darks are separated and all your clothes are washed using cold water to preserve color (and save energy).
We wash your loads according to your choices
Need hypoallergenic detergent? Want fabric softener? Just select the laundry preferences that are right for you.
We fold everything so that you don't have to
Your clothes are crisply folded, and your socks are paired, ready to be worn or put away when we deliver your clothes to your door!
Delivery
All pickups and deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
On the day of your pickup, we’ll share a 30-minute arrival window so you know exactly when to expect us.
Not available during the scheduled time? No problem!
You can request a contactless pickup or delivery, and our executive will collect or drop your laundry at your doorstep or a preferred location.
If we’re unable to complete a pickup in the late evening, we’ll prioritize it the next morning without any hassle.

Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value applies for pay-as-you-go orders. No minimum order requirement for WashLoop subscribers.
